Licensed Social Worker (LSW) - Senior Care Options by Parker - Monmouth County - (Part time) #2480

About the role

Looking for a LSW for in home geriatric counseling. Minimum of 8 client caseload, supervision for your clinical hours is free with minimum caseload (including but not limited to Matawan, Middletown, Neptune, Asbury Park, Long Branch, Ocean).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home geriatric counseling to clients.
• Manage a caseload of up to 8 clients.
• Receive supervision for clinical hours with a minimum caseload.
• Work within the specified service areas (Matawan, Middletown, Neptune, Asbury Park, Long Branch, Ocean).

Requirements

• Master's degree and valid LSW in the state of NJ required.
• NJ driver's license in good standing required.
• Two (2) years of counseling experience preferred.
• EHR knowledge preferred.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Valid Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license in the state of NJ.
• Two (2) years of relevant counseling experience.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• Knowledge of EHR systems (preferred).
