About the role

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We are seeking passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and insurance
• Balance professional autonomy with personal needs by choosing work hours, appointment settings, and client load
• Build a diverse caseload through our connections with insurers, universities, and community providers
• Enjoy the independence of private practice with the backing of a group from wherever you work

Requirements

• A valid LSW license in good standing in the state of Ohio
• A Master’s degree in Social Work with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
