The Shawn Martin Group is growing and seeking motivated, relationship-driven real estate agents who want to build a real business with support, structure, and proven systems. We are a Maryland-based team powered by REAL Broker and PLACE, serving clients across Anne Arundel, Howard, Baltimore, and surrounding counties. With 12+ years of experience, 600+ homes sold, and a reputation built on relationships, strategy, and service, we help agents grow faster with hands-on coaching, lead generation, and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch.
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes.
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers.
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
  • Conduct two open houses monthly.
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
  • Participate in team activities per team standards.
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call.
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes.
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.

Requirements

  • Licensed real estate professional (or actively working toward licensure).
  • 3+ years of real estate sales experience.
  • Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit.
  • Excellent at building rapport, listening to client needs, and identifying solutions.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Natural ability to overcome objections.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with a growth mindset.
  • Organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
