We are seeking an experienced Showing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and enjoy converting leads into successful closings. Our top-producing agents will provide the necessary leads, and your focus will be on showing properties and providing excellent customer service.

• Show company rental properties to applicants
• Provide field support to the property management team
• Aid the sales team with available listings showings to potential buyers
• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools, and amenities so client questions may be answered
• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Can spend a large amount of time driving

Compensation

$80,000+ commission-based
