Compensation

$125,000 - $150,000+ commission based

• Active Real Estate License
• Full-time commitment to real estate and client success
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and driven
• Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
• Professional, positive, and client-focused
• Sales or listing experience is a plus, but not required
• Passionate about helping clients reach their real estate goals

Responsibilities

• Meet with motivated sellers and guide them through the listing process
• Follow up with prospects and grow your listing pipeline
• Build strong client relationships and generate referrals and repeat business
• Host monthly open houses with team-provided leads
• Keep CRM and calendar activity accurate and up to date
• Attend Academy Sales Training, coaching, and weekly team meetings
