Licensed Real Estate Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with co-listing responsibilities and support the lead agent throughout the listing process
• Cook up and manage appointments, showings, inspections, photos, access, and other listing-related activities
• Communicate professionally and promptly with buyers, sellers, leads, agents, vendors, and clients
• Perform phone work, including setting appointments, following up with leads, and nurturing clients
• Help maintain organization across active listings, clients, transactions, follow-ups, and daily tasks
• Support the overall client experience by ensuring communication and next steps are handled smoothly
• Run local errands, attend appointments, assist with property access, and provide in-person support as needed
• Help improve day-to-day systems, organization, and efficiency within the real estate business
• Provide high-level support so the lead agent can focus on negotiations, client relationships, and revenue-generating activities
• Be comfortable working in all Chicago neighborhoods, as well as the surrounding suburbs

Qualifications

• An active real estate license is required
• A reliable working vehicle is required
• Comfortable traveling throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs is required
• Strong communication and people skills are required
• Comfortable making phone calls, setting appointments, and following up consistently are required
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving parts at once are required
• Proactive, dependable, coachable, and solution-oriented are required
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities are required
• Prior real estate experience is preferred
• Available to work up to 40 hours per week are required
