Licensed Psychologist or Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to support our growing organization by providing high-quality, trauma-informed clinical services to individuals and families in community-based and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Conducting clinical assessments
• Diagnosing mental health conditions
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Delivering psychotherapy and clinical interventions in clients' homes, community settings, and/or via telehealth
• Working in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment
• Adapting clinical interventions to meet clients where they are—both emotionally and physically

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• MN license or license-eligibility (LICSW, LGSW, LPCC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Ability to practice independently or under required clinical supervision, as applicable
• Commitment to ethical practice, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive services
• Reliable internet access for telehealth services
• Experience working with diverse populations
