The Role
- Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex SMI patients
- Provide continuous, regular support as patients navigate recovery, both in person and occasionally virtually
- Deliver evidence-based care in a holistic, wrap-around care model
- Collaborate with patient care teams and behavioral health providers to ensure an integrated, cohesive approach to care
- Address medical needs to mitigate negative impacts of social determinants of health
- Provide consultation to therapists on the treatment team, including licensed therapists and trainees; assist with program development
What You Will Work On
As a Psychologist at Amae Health, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering personalized, compassionate, high-quality care for individuals with Severe Mental Illness (SMI).
What You'll Have
- Active Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts, with active NPI and Medicaid/Medicare enrollment required
- Experience and interest in working with adults and at least 1 year of experience working with patients with severe mental illness
- Experience in evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, or MI
- Ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism
- Thorough understanding of confidentiality and appropriate documentation standards
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and navigate new tools and technologies
- Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong listening skills and excellent verbal communication capabilities

Compensation & Benefits
Amae Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base salary range for this role is $125,000–$155,000 per year based on a full-time schedule.
