About the role
This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to over 175,000 clients across the country.
- Offer a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Annapolis, Maryland.
- Partner with health systems and primary care providers to ensure mental health is integrated with physical health.
- Work independently as a licensed clinician in Maryland, either as a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions per week, with a requirement of 30 hours of availability.
- Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children, and help them achieve measurable progress.
- Use modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools, to provide care.
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing and have flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
Requirements
- Independently licensed and living in Maryland.
- Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- A good teammate, contributing positively to the clinical community.

Pay
Up to $110,900 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
