About the role
This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country.
- May treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Help clients achieve measurable progress.
- Work independently as a licensed clinician in Maryland.
- Use modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
- Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
Requirements
- Independently licensed and living in Maryland.
- Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
- Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.

Qualifications
- Compensation up to $110,900 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
- Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.
