About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country.
  • May treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
  • Help clients achieve measurable progress.
  • Work independently as a licensed clinician in Texas.
  • Use modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
  • Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
  • Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Requirements

  • Independently licensed and living in Texas.
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
  • Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
  • Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.

Pay

Up to $122,400.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Fully flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
