About The Role

Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on records review and clinical interviews
Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on need and level of functioning
Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and de-escalation support
Make regular rounds in segregation/confined housing to monitor adjustment and mental health needs
Collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, medical, education, chaplaincy, and security staff on integrated care

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $147,000 – $193,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
