About the role

This position is responsible for the administrative and clinical supervision work in the coordination of program services, quality assurance, selection, and training of assigned staff. This role will also provide direct client care as outlined by program needs which include developing therapeutic alliances, conducting diagnostic and comprehensive assessments, and providing clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Support organization’s Mission, Vision and Values as well as program and organizational policies, procedures and service standards, ensuring staff understand and integrate accordingly.
  • Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments including an evaluation of client functioning and the relationship to mental and chemical health. Assure all assessments include a risk assessment identifying risk factors and interventions in accordance with best practices.
  • Lead the weekly clinical supervision meetings, reviewing all individualized treatment plans, client progress, as well as other general programmatic and treatment issues.
  • Review and sign off on all assessments and treatment plans, indicating that they are done accurately and reflect the medical necessity of services as required.
  • Supervise the work of assigned program staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper procedures, providing coaching when errors or problems are discovered.
  • Provide staff training, assess strengths and development needs, and provide timely and specific feedback on job duties, company policies and best practices.
  • Partner with staff on identifying and developing professional goals that encourage and support professional growth within the organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Minnesota. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mental health or human services field. Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits

Benefits: Commensurate with experience.

Pay

Hiring Range: $78,000 - $88,000, plus $4,000 hiring bonus. Salary variable on licensure and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm.
