About the role
Provide compassionate and professional counseling services to clients seeking mental health support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW) or Clinical Counseling (LCPC)
- Valid state license to practice LCSW or LCPC
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- Strong commitment to social justice and diversity
- Experience working with diverse populations
Skills
