Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
- Full Virginia clinical license (LPC, LCSW, etc.) preferred
- Experience completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and comfort working with children ages 5 to 12
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Experience with children, adolescents, and young adults
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in standard office technology and Electronic Health Record systems (experience with Valant a plus)
- Fluent in a language in addition to English (preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check
