About the role

The Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) reviews Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans (IATP), providing clinical guidance, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting behavioral health interventions. They conduct behavioral health assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with community and crisis teams to ensure appropriate care. The LPHA also offers crisis evaluation, therapy to individuals, families, and groups, and may supervise clinicians and students.
