Role Overview: The Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) reviews and authorizes Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans (IATP), providing behavioral health assessments, interventions, and clinical guidance. They ensure compliance with standards, coordinate treatment, and perform crisis evaluations when necessary. Key Responsibilities Serve as the LPHA for IATP, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.Provide clinical feedback, support diagnosis accuracy, and recommend appropriate treatment.Complete risk assessments, safety planning, and documentation for all activities.Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with patients.Offer behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, and groups.Coordinate with crisis teams and community agencies to support client safety and treatment goals.Maintain compliance with policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.Supervise clinicians and students, participate in training, and prepare reports as needed. Qualifications & Skills License/Certifications: LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT.Master's Degree in a related field.Two years of behavioral health experience.Strong critical thinking, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.Ability to interpret regulations, recognize signs of suicidal behavior, and respond appropriately.
