About the role

The role involves serving as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) under supervision, responsible for authorizing Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans (IATP), reviewing documentation, and providing clinical guidance to ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Conducting behavioral health assessments
• Developing treatment plans
• Coordinating care
• Providing crisis evaluation and intervention when needed
• Ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Offering behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, and groups
• Collaborating with crisis teams and community agencies to support patient needs
• Possibly supervising clinicians and students, participating in training, and maintaining clinical productivity and compliance

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and licensure as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• At least two years of experience in a behavioral health setting
• Strong critical thinking, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Ability to assess suicidal behaviors and respond appropriately
