Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) Reviewer

About the Role

The Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) reviewer provides clinical oversight in outpatient community services, authorizing Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plans (IATP), ensuring compliance and best practices. They conduct behavioral health assessments, develop and coordinate treatment plans, and offer crisis evaluation and intervention. The LPHA guides clinical staff, reviews documentation, and ensures safety protocols are followed. They also act as a liaison between the community, clients, and healthcare providers, coordinating with emergency and crisis teams as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LPHA for IATP review and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide clinical feedback, guidance, and appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Complete diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans with clients.
• Perform crisis evaluations and coordinate safety planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with community agencies and healthcare providers.
• Supervise clinicians and students as needed and participate in training activities.
• Meet clinical productivity and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT with a Master’s Degree.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in behavioral health.
