Licensed Practical Nurse, Weekends, Hospice

About the role

Provide hospice nursing care where patients want to be – in the comfort of their own home. Work weekends only (8 hours Saturday and 8 hours Sunday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm) to reduce stress and burnout.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1:1 direct care in client homes as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Deliver skilled nursing and psychosocial care to clients seeking comfort and dignity
• Participate in music therapy and veterans services when assigned

Requirements

• Active and current LPN license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Ability to travel locally to assigned cases
