What You’ll Do
- Reliably serve patients in the comfort of their own home.
- Be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team.
- Provide skilled nursing, psychosocial care, music therapy, and veterans services.
- Afford patients the opportunity to receive comfort and dignity.
Requirements
- Active and current LPN license.
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
- Previous hospice experience welcomed, but not required.
- We will train you!
- Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.
