Licensed Practical Nurse - Weekdays
Requirements
- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
- A minimum of one (1) year current nursing experience is preferred.
- A current Pennsylvania License is required.
- A genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities is required.
- A current and valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of medical care for 4-6 individuals per home during their shift.
- Travel between homes as needed.
- Work with the direct care staff in ensuring physician orders, medications, and treatments are carried out as well as general health monitoring.
- Provide direct nursing care to persons with developmental and physical disabilities by completing clinical assessments, recording seizure activity as needed, and administering medications.
Qualifications

Pay
Base Pay - $29.00
Earn $31/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.
Additional $4.00/hr for second shift hours.
Schedule
Nurses working in our community group homes will work shifts that may vary based on the needs of the residents and the schedule of the team.
