Licensed Practical Nurse - Weekdays

Requirements

• A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
• One (1) year of current nursing experience is preferred.
• A current Pennsylvania driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of medical care for 4-6 individuals per home during shifts.
• Travel between homes as needed.
• Work with direct care staff to ensure physician orders, medications, and treatments are carried out.
• Monitor general health of individuals.
• Provide direct nursing care to persons with developmental and physical disabilities.
• Complete clinical assessments and record seizure activity as needed.
• Administer medications as directed.

Qualifications

• A current Pennsylvania License is required.
• A genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.

Pay

Base Pay - $29.00 per hour.
Enhanced Pay Option - Earn $31/hour with additional $4.00/hr for second shift hours.

Schedule

Nurses work various schedules, including second shift hours.
