The LPN supports patient education and communicates health information to providers, ensuring comprehensive care. Qualifications include a current Florida LPN license, preferably with one year of ambulatory or hospital experience, strong multitasking skills, excellent customer service, and effective communication. Certifications required are BLS/CPR and successful completion of medication competency testing within 30 days. The role may involve floating to other practices as needed; vehicle operation is not required.
