Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure
• Valid LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all state Board of Nursing requirements
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and other physical tasks

Skills

• Preferred certifications may include BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or LPN-IV certification, with some requiring within specific timeframes
