Licensed Practical Nurse - Part Time Night Rehab

Position Overview

This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals or a Registered Nurse (RN). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, coordinating care with other departments, and ensuring professional accountability for patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure
• Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all State Board requirements
• Preferred certifications may include BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or LPN-IV certification
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform related tasks such as gripping, reaching, bending, and kneeling

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision
• Maintain patient confidentiality and rights
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements
