Licensed Practical Nurse - Part Time Night Rehab

Position Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or the guidance of a licensed professional. Maintains accountability for patient care, coordinates with other departments, and ensures patient rights and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement nursing interventions and assist with patient assessments.
• Maintain professional standards and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and support patient rights and privacy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience.
• Current LPN licensure in the applicable state, with ongoing compliance to licensing requirements.
• Optional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform movements like bending and reaching.
