Licensed Practical Nurse, Part Time, Outpatient

Schedule

Part‑time, 3 days per week:

• Monday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM
• Saturday: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for imaging procedures
• Conduct patient and MRI safety screenings
• Obtain and review patient medical histories
• Start IVs and establish IV access
• Assist with patient care before, during, and after imaging procedures
• Communicate with patients and members of the clinical team
• Help ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year LPN experience in a clinical setting
• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program
• Current LPN license meeting state requirements
• BLS certification required within 60 days of hire

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under RN or licensed independent practitioner direction
• Ability to assist with medical emergencies and/or contrast reactions under direction of a licensed independent practitioner
• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation of patient information
• Effective communication, organization, and patient‑care skills
• Basic proficiency with computer applications and healthcare information systems
• Ability to accurately enter, access, and retrieve patient and clinical information electronically

Pay

$25 – $40 per hour
