Role Overview Seeking a Lead LPN/MA to deliver high-quality, compassionate outpatient care. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on clinical support, including rooming patients, taking vitals, and administering medications and injections within scope.Assist with minor procedures and support daily clinic workflows.Coordinate patient care activities and ensure accurate electronic health record documentation.Mentor LPNs and MAs, reinforcing best practices and maintaining compliance with safety and infection-control standards.
