Responsibilities
- Work with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care.
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
- Assure appropriate nursing care is being provided.
- Assist with medications and treatments as needed.
- Perform other patient care duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of SC.
- Maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina.
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in medical terminology.
