Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse - Full-Time/Part Time (Dayshift) 7a-7p

Responsibilities

• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
• Assure appropriate nursing care is being provided.
• Assist with medications and treatments as needed.
• Perform other patient care duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of SC.
• Maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
