First Community Village is a continuing care retirement community in Columbus, Ohio, owned and operated by National Church Residences, the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs)
• Assist with medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and performing daily care routines
• Document patient care activities accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times

Requirements

• Ohio LPN licensure in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing/practical nursing

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing quality care to seniors

Skills

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• Knowledge of long-term care and memory care practices
