About the role

First Community Village is a continuing care retirement community in Columbus, Ohio, owned and operated by National Church Residences. They are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who share their vision to provide better living and care for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities of living
• Provide medication management and administration
• Document patient care in medical records
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Perform basic diagnostic tests and procedures
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations

Requirements

• Ohio LPN licensure in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing/practical nursing

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing quality care to seniors
