Responsibilities
- Medication management
- Coordinating care between outside providers
- Disease management
- Recording vitals
- Developing Plans of Care
- Hydration Therapy and more
Qualifications
- Active Driver's License
- Active LPN License
- BLS/CPR Certification

Pay
Pay rate $35.00 per hour. Pay range: $33-$35 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Full-time and Part-time nights, 12 hr. shifts available. Open shifts to fill: Nights and alternating weekends. Location: Mount Juliet, TN.
