Licensed Practical Nurse - NIGHTS

This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing skilled nursing care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their homes. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, providing services according to prescribed orders, and monitoring signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes. Qualified candidates must be licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state, have current TB or Chest X-Ray, BLS certification, and at least one year of professional nursing experience.
