About the role
This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing skilled nursing care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes.
Requirements
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- BLS certification.
- At least one year of professional nursing experience.
