About the role
Our Care team is looking for an exceptional nurse to help us manage and coordinate care for our residents. Our nurses enjoy strong relationships with the residents, collaborative work environments and a deep sense of belonging and appreciation. The position is located in Mount Juliet, TN.
Responsibilities
- Medication management
- Coordinating care between outside providers
- Disease management
- Recording vitals
- Developing Plans of Care
- Hydration Therapy
Qualifications
- Active Driver’s License
- Active LPN License
- BLS/CPR Certification

Pay
Pay range: $33‑$35 per hour based on experience (advertised rate $35.00 per hour).
Schedule
Full‑time and part‑time positions available; 12‑hour night shifts, with alternating weekends.
