Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN)
• Currently licensed as an LPN, and in good standing, with the Virginia State Board of Nursing
• Previous experience (1‑3 years) in a nursing capacity is preferred
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted‑living environment and with the geriatric population is a plus
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Excellent customer service

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide caring support to residents as a Licensed Practical Floor Nurse
• Conduct resident assessment, care, treatment, and evaluation
• Collaborate with a team whose energy, compassion, creativity, and talents are valued and rewarded
