Licensed Practical Nurse - Night - Part Time

About the role

Seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care on a medical floor specializing in pulmonary and respiratory conditions.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process to deliver quality care
• Evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members
• Coordinating with other departments
• Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
• Providing focused respiratory care, patient education, and supporting recovery efforts in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with patient movement, including handling up to 50 pounds
• Open to both new and experienced LPNs
• Basic Life Support certification required; LPN-IV certification needed within three months if applicable
• Must hold and maintain a current LPN license per state requirements
