Key Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care under supervision or guidance of licensed professionals.
- Monitoring patient status, administering medications, and supporting mobility and safety measures.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
Qualifications And Skills
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with valid licensure.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients, with physical capacity to handle up to 50 pounds.
- Applicable certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and LPN-IV certification (or able to obtain within specified time frames).
- Current LPN license in the state of practice, adhering to all licensing requirements.
