Licensed Practical Nurse - Medical 6B - Nights - FT

Job Summary

The role involves providing patient care on a medical floor specializing in pulmonary and respiratory conditions, utilizing the nursing process to deliver compassionate, focused treatment and education. The position requires maintaining patient rights, confidentiality, and coordinating care with other departments to ensure recovery and breathing health.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain professional accountability and ensure quality care delivery.
• Cookordinate with healthcare team members for comprehensive patient management.
• Adhere to organizational standards, values, and mission.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients up to 50 pounds.
• Current LPN license and Basic Life Support certification; IV certification preferred or obtainable within specified timeframes.
• New or experienced LPNs are welcome to apply.
