Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Memory Support unit, primarily on the night shift. Responsibilities Provide person-centered care to residents with memory-related conditions.Administer medications and monitor residents' health status.Support residents' daily living needs.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.Communicate effectively with families to promote safety and comfort.
