About the role
Join a dedicated healthcare team as an RN or LPN in a Memory Care Unit, providing specialized care for residents with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. This full-time role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, monitoring, and documenting resident health
- Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
- Responding to changes in resident conditions with compassion and professionalism
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to promote safety, dignity, and well-being
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Creating a positive environment tailored to residents' needs
Qualifications
- Current Vermont RN or LPN licensure or eligibility
- Experience in memory care, long-term care, or related settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to person-centered care and teamwork
