Role: LPN Charge Nurse Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee nursing care on assigned units in skilled nursing, rehab, and memory care.Provide direct clinical care, administer medications and treatments, and monitor resident conditions.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.Support CNAs and other staff to ensure quality resident care.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
