Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Urgent Care

About the Role

Provide professional nursing care under provider supervision, performing general nursing duties, administering medications, and coordinating patient care activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during procedures, examinations, and tests, ensuring proper equipment setup.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and reactions to treatments.
• Manage appointment scheduling, prioritize emergencies, and maintain patient flow.
• Greet patients, gather health histories, take vitals, and prepare patients for exams.
• Respond to patient calls, educate on health, medications, and wellness.
• Maintain exam rooms, ensure cleanliness, and manage medical supplies and lab specimen labeling.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Effective communication skills and visual acuity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety standards, and organizational values.

Schedule

Day shifts, with some weekends and holidays required.
