Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid LPN license in the state of Kentucky.

About the Role

As an LPN, you are an essential member of a facility's medical team, assisting RNs and physicians in keeping patients comfortable and on the road to recovery. Responsibilities may include:

• Charting and recording the administration of medication and treatment.
• Observing patients.
• Performing procedures such as reading and recording vital signs, measuring and recording weight and height, and running diagnostic tests.
• Comforting and reassuring apprehensive patients.
