Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing

Pay

Compensation from $32 - $37/hour (based upon experience) plus additional shift differentials for part-time and PRN positions.

Schedule

• Part Time Evening | Rotating Weekends and Holidays
• Part Time Night | Rotating Weekends and Holidays
• PRN | Occasional Weekends and Holidays

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse licensure (LPN) required
• One year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
• CPR certification required
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care
• Administers medications and treatments
• Performs resident assessments
• Participates in daily resident rounding
• May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents
