We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home setting. Patient Care Area: Hanover, PA and surrounding communities
Pay Rate: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem Opportunities Available
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and family members regarding care plans
- Ensure compliance with state nursing regulations and company policies
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- LPN Candidates: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- RN Candidates: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Must possess a multistate Compact Nursing License
- Current CPR certification
- Home care experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively
- Qualified applicants must hold an active Compact Nursing License allowing practice in multiple states, including Pennsylvania and Maryland.
