Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Care

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is expanding into the Greater Baltimore, MD area, offering 1:1 homecare for adult and pediatric clients. The new office is opening soon, and pre-opening interviews are available now. We serve clients ranging from infants to young adults, with varying acuity levels, including trach and vented care.

We invest in our nurses by providing extensive training to ensure success with clients. BAYADA was founded on the principle that healthcare is most effective when delivered at home, where clients prefer to be.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care in clients' homes.
• Deliver care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Utilize electronic charting systems for documentation.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified and accredited nursing program.
• 1 year of verifiable hands-on nursing experience.

Training and Support

• Paid training from day one, including in-office, in-home, and online sessions.

• 24/7 clinical support by phone.
• Extensive paid training to ensure comfort and competence on the first shift.

Pay

Starting pay at $35/hour, based on qualifications.

Schedule

• Shifts available: mornings, overnights, and weekends.
• Shift lengths: 8, 10, or 12 hours (full shift work).
• Options for PRN, part-time, or full-time positions.
• No minimum shift or weekend requirements.
