Responsibilities

• Observe and manage the resident’s health according to individual needs.
• Provide routine care, ensure comfort, and report any changes in resident health and behavior.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Administer medications and injections, provide wound care, perform standard diagnostic procedures, and collect and prepare specimens.
• Other special projects and duties, as assigned.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with current state license.
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift fifty (50) or more pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job.
• Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day.
• Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.

Pay

• Base hourly rate up to $28/hr plus periodic bonuses ranging in amounts based on facility demand.
• 1.5X Holiday Pay
• 1.5X Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week
• Referral Bonus when a friend you referred to us joins our team
• Sign On Bonus $3,500 (Paid in two increments after 90 days and then 6 months of employment)

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time positions available.
• Shifts include days, nights, and weekends (Night shift currently available).
• Flexible hours to work around your schedule.
