What is Required?
- Current LPN/LVN license, in the state of Missouri.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- At least 1 year of experience in acute care (home care, home health or hospice preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage time effectively and stay organized in the field.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards.
- Compassionate, patient-first mindset.
- Reliable personal transportation (travel required ~50%).
- Able to meet health screening and compliance requirements.
